TEAM VOLLEYBALL

We are the super awesome girls varsity volleyball team! We made a spreadsheet that plans out how the volleyball team should spend their budget for new uniforms on the uniforms. We wanted to get them really cute uniforms so we went 311.40 cents over but its alright because they are so cute and the team will love them. We came up with a great fundraiser to make the extra money that we also put on our spreadsheet. We both liked this project because it was different then other projects we do for school, we had to talk to the volleyball coach and search the web to find uniforms. I LOVED hanging out with Kelly, she is so cool and gave us great advise and showed us how to do a lot of things. I hope she comes back to see us soon!

TEAM BOYS BASKETBALL

Like the cheerleading team said we had a great time learning all this neat stuff from Ms.Kelly. Shes a cool person that I think will be a really good teacher. We did a spreadsheet for the boys varsity basketball team to get new uniforms. Not trying to brag but we only went 20.98 cent over our budget but Kelly said we still had to make a fundraiser to get that 20 dollars. Its on our spreadsheet as well as all the facts and figures for how much the uniforms will cost. The project overall was fun and I learned a lot. I didn’t know anything about Google Doc or that it existed but now I do all my school work on it because its easy to do and I don’t have Microsoft at home. Cheerleading TEAM

This whole project Kelly has been showing a lot of cool thing on the internet. We met up with our sports coach and made a spreadsheet that has a layout of what is needed for the uniforms and how much of each thing. We went over budget so on our spreadsheet we made a fundraiser idea to raise the rest of the money needed for the uniforms.I learned something really cool about spreadsheets, that you can just click on a formula and it will add or subtract the numbers you highlight. That will be a very useful thing to know if i ever use excel or spreadsheets on Google again. I had a great time doing this project with Kelly, shes a great teacher and really funny. We are really going to miss her coming to see us. Oh and Kelly taught us how to make a word a link which I did to link my spreadsheet on here!

TEAM BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL

I guess we're a little behind on the blogging part of the project, but we are team basketball (Michael and Taz). Kelly has showed us a lot of cool things on the internet, we are working on a work cited page today and starting our spreadsheets. The project is cool but I am ready for it to be done.

Team Volleyball!

Hey this is team volleyball! Kelly just showed us how to blog the other day so I am just on here to tell you how things are moving along with the project. We are meeting with our teams head coach today (in about 20 mins) to get all the info we need then were just gonna go to the lib to put together a spread sheet.

Team Varsity Cheersquad

Hey I am Trisha, our teacher aid Kelly gave us access to this blog to give updates to whoever wants to read it I guess. We were assigned to make a budget spread sheet for our schools varsity cheer squad. We are going to talk to the coach tomorrow so we know how much of and what to get prices for. Its a pretty cool project so far, we made a K-W-L chart today, I'd never done one of those before. Flo (my partner) and I are trying to come up with a cheap fundraiser so we don't have to spend much budget money to raise money.
